Abstract

가축 분뇨를 이용한 친환경 기능성 유기질 비료 제조제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 접종밀도 10 7 ~10 9 cfu/g 으로 트리코데마(trichomeda)가 배양된 배지 23~43중량%, 접종밀도 10 7 ~10 9 cfu/g 으로 아스퍼질러스(aspergillus)가 배양된 배지 23~43중량%, 접종밀도 10 7 ~10 9 cfu/g 으로 슈도모나스(pseudomonas)가 배양된 배지 23~43중량%가 혼합된 유기질 분해 미생물 배지; 해초류 추출 파우더 10~20중량%, 수분조절재 30~40중량%, 펄빅산(fulvic acid) 5~10중량%를 혼합하여 분말 상태에서 가축 축사의 바닥에 살포되는 것으로, 토양의 산성화와 같은 변질을 방지하고, 농약과 화학비료에 의한 폐해를 방지할 수 있는 친환경 기능성 유기질 비료를 제공하여 안전하고 우수한 품질의 농산물을 수확할 수 있게 함으로서 농가 소득과 국민 보건 향상에 기여할 수 있는 것이다.
An agent for producing a functional organic fertilizer is provided to produce the functional organic fertilizer capable of preventing acidification of soil and inhibiting damage caused by agricultural chemicals and chemical fertilizer by using a large amount of livestock excretions. An agent for producing an environment-friendly functional organic fertilizer using livestock excretions is prepared by mixing 30-50wt% of an organic degradation microorganism medium, 10-20wt% of a water-soluble seaweed extract powder, 30-40wt% of a moisture controller, and 5-10wt% of fulvic acid. The organic degradation microorganism medium is obtained by mixing 23-43wt% of a trichomeda medium having an inoculation density of 10^7-10^9 cfu/g, 23-43wt% of an aspergillus medium having an inoculation density of 10^7-10^9 cfu/g, and 23-43wt% of a pseudomonas medium having an inoculation density of 10^7-10^9 cfu/g. The water-soluble seaweed extract powder is obtained by drying a brown algae marine product selected from sogasum, ascophyllum, nodosum, and laminaria to a moisture content of 6% or less at 35-45 °C, cold-compressing the dried material at 5 °C under 1 atmospheric pressure, grinding the cold-compressed material into powder(280-330 mesh), and fermenting the powder at 25-35 °C for 6-8 days using yeast. The moisture controller is obtained by selecting and washing cocopeat, drying the washed cocopeat to a moisture content of 6% or less at 55-65 °C, and grinding the dried cocopeat into powder(280-330 mesh).
